The documentary questions still open
Our next research priority is to trace the decisions behind monitoring feasibility: which documents assessed technical performance, installation, cost, and operational constraints—and what action followed?
We have not established a complete chain of manufacturer submissions or FAA decision records. We will seek dated originals and identify their authors, receiving offices, and context before attributing a position to Boeing, Airbus, an airline, or FAA. A missing public document is not evidence of concealment or wrongdoing.
If needed, a narrowly defined public-records request can seek identified records. No such request is claimed as submitted by this page.
